Complaint Procedure
When drafting a document, it is necessary to follow the general rules for working with business documents. So, the structure of the official letter looks like this:
* First, the title of the document is formed. It contains information about the addressee (Hajjat tours) and the applicant.
* Next, the name of the official letter is indicated – “complaint”, after which the main part of the document begins. It reflects the essence of the situation that occurred, as well as the reasons for sending the request;
* After clarification, the requesting part of the document is formed, in which the applicant asks to take appropriate measures and/or bring the violator to justice;
* Appendices (if any) are attached at the end and the date of writing the complaint is indicated.
