Four days in Jordan with Hajjat Tours is where the real story begins. This itinerary layers three of the country’s most extraordinary experiences into a seamless journey — the ancient wonder of Petra, the otherworldly silence of Wadi Rum, and the weightless calm of the Dead Sea.
It’s the kind of trip that covers ground most travelers only dream about, delivered with the precision and local expertise that comes from over two decades of operating in Jordan.
After a smooth arrival in Amman, day two launches straight into the heart of it: a morning inside Petra, the rose-red Nabataean city that has been carved into sandstone mountains for more than 2,000 years. Walking the Siq — the narrow, winding canyon that leads to the Treasury — is one of those travel moments that stays with you.
From Petra, the route continues south to Wadi Rum, a desert landscape so surreal it has stood in for Mars on film sets. Dinner under the stars at a Bedouin desert camp is included. Day three opens with a sunrise Jeep tour across the dunes and rock formations of Wadi Rum before heading north to the Dead Sea for an afternoon of floating and unwinding. Day four offers a final morning by the water before departure.
Hajjat Tours handles every detail — airport transfers, English-speaking drivers, Wi-Fi vehicles, all entrance fees, and flexible hotel categories from 3 to 5 stars. This is Jordan’s golden triangle, done properly.

4 Hours Before Flight Time
Your journey with Hajjat Tours begins at Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA), where our representative will be waiting to meet and assist you through arrivals and transfer you to your Amman hotel. The evening is yours — settle in, grab dinner in one of Amman’s excellent restaurants, or take a short walk through the city’s lively downtown. Overnight in Amman.
After breakfast, your driver heads south toward Petra — one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Entering through the Siq, a dramatic 1.2-kilometre canyon flanked by towering sandstone walls, you’ll emerge at the Treasury (Al-Khazneh), one of the most iconic archaeological facades on the planet. Spend the morning exploring the ancient Nabataean city — its tombs, temples, colonnaded streets, and rock-carved monuments tell a story that spans more than two millennia.
In the afternoon, the road continues south to Wadi Rum — Jordan’s great desert wilderness, protected as a UNESCO World Heritage landscape. As the sun drops and the red sand glows, you’ll arrive at your Bedouin desert camp for a traditional dinner under one of the clearest night skies in the Middle East. Overnight in Wadi Rum.
Wake up early — this is worth it. A 2-hour 4×4 Jeep tour at sunrise takes you deep into the valley, covering sand dunes, narrow canyons, ancient rock inscriptions, and open desert plains as the morning light turns everything a deep shade of amber. Wadi Rum has an almost cinematic quality at this hour, and it’s one of the defining moments of any Jordan trip.
Afterwards, the route heads north to the Dead Sea — the lowest point on Earth at 430 metres below sea level. Arrive in the afternoon, float effortlessly in the hypersaline waters, apply the shoreline’s famous mineral mud, and unwind at your resort as the landscape settles into evening. Overnight at the Dead Sea.
A slow, easy morning by the water — one last float, a poolside breakfast, or a quiet walk along the shore. When the time comes, Hajjat Tours will arrange your transfer north to Queen Alia International Airport, leaving you with nothing to carry but the experience.
