Itinerary

Day 1Arrival – Amman City Tour

Upon arrival in Jordan, meet and be assisted by our airport representative who will guide you through immigration and customs procedures. You’ll then be introduced to your driver or guide and transferred to your hotel in Amman. Later, begin your exploration of the capital with a visit to the Citadel and the Roman Theatre—two of Amman’s most iconic archaeological sites.

Day 2Jerash – Ajloun – Al Ayoun Villages – Return to Amman

Travel north to Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman cities outside Italy. Walk through its impressive ruins, including the colonnaded streets, temples, and ancient theatres.
Continue to Ajloun, where you’ll explore the 12th-century Ajloun Castle (Al-Rabad), built by a general of Saladin during the Crusades.
From there, enjoy a gentle countryside walk through the picturesque Al Ayoun villages, with optional stops at a local homestay for a traditional lunch. You may also visit the RSCN Soap House and Calligraphy House for a cultural touch. Walk down into Ajloun village for a short local tour before meeting your driver. En route back to Amman, pass by Mar Elyas Church ruins and enjoy scenic views over forested hills.

Day 3Wadi Numeirah – Dana Biosphere Reserve

Depart Amman and journey south to Wadi Numeirah, a hidden gem known for its narrow sandstone canyons, fresh water streams, and photogenic rock formations—perfect for a light hike and nature photography.
Continue to Dana, Jordan’s largest nature reserve. With its dramatic cliffs, rich biodiversity, and traditional stone village, Dana offers an immersive experience into both nature and local culture.

Day 4Dana to Feynan Hike – Little Petra

Today, embark on the legendary Dana to Feynan hike, a 14 km trail descending through the Dana Biosphere Reserve. The route offers stunning views, from rugged mountain terrain to open desert valleys, and ends at the acclaimed Feynan Ecolodge, a beacon of eco-tourism in Jordan.
After some rest, travel by vehicle to Little Petra, a charming Nabataean site carved into the cliffs—a peaceful and atmospheric introduction to Petra.

Day 5Petra (Back Door Hike) – Wadi Rum

Begin your day with a scenic Back Door Hike from Little Petra to the Monastery (Ad-Deir) in Petra. This quieter, less crowded route offers dramatic views and a memorable first impression of the ancient Nabataean city.
Explore the key highlights of Petra, including the Treasury, Royal Tombs, and the Siq. After your visit, transfer to the magical desert of Wadi Rum, where surreal rock formations and endless horizons await.
Enjoy Bedouin hospitality at a desert camp. Overnight in Wadi Rum.

Day 6Wadi Rum Camel Trek & Hike

Wake up to the peaceful desert morning and begin your exploration of Wadi Rum with a hike (approx. 12–15 km), including a stop for Bedouin tea and a traditional lunch. Climb one of the majestic sand dunes for panoramic views and discover remarkable rock formations and narrow canyons.
Learn about T.E. Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia), who passed through these same sands during the Great Arab Revolt.
Spend another night under the stars, immersed in the tranquility and warmth of Bedouin life. Overnight in Wadi Rum.

Day 7Wadi Rum – Dead Sea

After breakfast, leave the desert behind and head toward the Dead Sea—the lowest point on Earth. Spend the afternoon relaxing and floating in the salty waters, known for their healing minerals. Try a rejuvenating mud bath and unwind at your resort.
