User / Client / Customer: Anyone who browses or books through our website.
Service Provider: Airlines, hotels, transportation companies, guides, partner DMCs, or any third-party supplier.
Booking: Any reservation made through our website.
Services: All travel and tourism products available through the website.
Hajjat Tours acts as an intermediary between you and the service providers.
We facilitate:
Hotel bookings
Flight bookings
Transportation services (car rentals, buses, transfers)
Tour programs (classic, cultural, religious, adventure, luxury, group travel, etc.)
Visa support services
Tour guide services
Airport meet & assist
MICE, conference, incentive travel arrangements
Services are always subject to availability and the policies of each service provider.
Prices may change at any time until a booking is fully confirmed and paid.
Additional taxes, visa fees, fuel surcharges, or service fees may apply.
Online payments through MEBS include a 3% processing fee.
If paying with a third-party credit card, written authorization is required.
Cancellation and amendment rules depend on the specific service provider, not Hajjat Tours.
Some reservations are non-refundable or non-changeable.
If a booking is cancelled by the customer and the provider does not refund, the amount is non-refundable.
Administrative fees may be deducted.
In force majeure cases (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), refunds will be processed after deducting actual non-recoverable costs.

Unlawful or fraudulent use of the website is strictly prohibited.

Errors or negligence of hotels, airlines, transportation providers, or partner operators

Lost luggage or personal belongings
Delayed, cancelled, or missed flights
Customer negligence, unsafe behavior, or going out alone without the guide
Items purchased from external vendors
Consequences of drug use, prohibited items, or misconduct
Damage to hotel property or rented vehicles (fully customer responsibility)
All services are provided “as available” and may vary based on season or destination.
Customers must ensure passports, visas, and entry permits are valid.
Any delays, fines, or penalties resulting from missing/incomplete documents are the customer’s responsibility.
Restricted nationalities may be subject to special procedures by authorities.
Hajjat Tours is not liable for events outside our control, such as:
Natural disasters
Political events
Strikes
Epidemics
Border closures
Government actions
Customers must inform us of food allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy.
We are not responsible for any incident resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Hiking or desert tours include local guides and, when applicable, a support vehicle. Evacuation to the nearest clinic will follow local procedures.
Users agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or defame others
Upload illegal or harmful content
Distribute malware
Impersonate others
Promote discrimination, hate, or illegal activities
Scrape or extract website content without authorization
We may restrict access or cooperate with authorities if violations occur.
By joining our tours, you agree that Hajjat Tours may use trip photos or videos for marketing purposes (social media, website, promotional material).
You may request removal at any time via email.
Users may submit reviews. We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.
These Terms are governed by Jordanian law.
Disputes will first be addressed amicably within 30 days.
If unresolved, they will be referred to the Court of First Instance (Qasr Al-Adl), Amman.
