100% Payment: For all online bookings, Hajjat Tours & Travel requires full payment at the time of booking. This ensures that your reservation is confirmed, and all services are secured ahead of your trip. Payments can be made using a credit card, debit card, or other approved online payment methods.
In cases where full payment upfront is not possible (e.g., special packages or tailored experiences), a deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than [Y] days before the departure date.

Arranging transportation, whether by car, bus, or other means, as specified in your itinerary.
Coordinating guided tours and activities, ensuring that knowledgeable and professional guides accompany you during your travels.
We facilitate the visa process for clients, provided that all necessary information is submitted at least one month prior to arrival.
While we strive to provide seamless travel experiences, Hajjat Tours & Travel is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Delays: Due to weather, transportation strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Lost or Stolen Baggage: We are not liable for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged during your trip.
Injuries or Accidents: Any injuries or accidents that occur during your trip are beyond our liability, although we will assist in any way we can.

Clients are responsible for securing their own travel documents, including passports and any necessary visas. However, for your convenience, Hajjat Tours & Travel offers visa arrangement services. To ensure timely processing, all required visa information must be submitted to us at least one month before your arrival. Failure to provide this information on time may result in delays or inability to process your visa.
Travelers are expected to be in good health and physically capable of participating in the activities included in their itinerary. It is the responsibility of each client to disclose any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or mobility issues that may affect their participation in the tour. We recommend that travelers consult with their physician before embarking on any trips, especially those involving physical activities.
